Are there any additional charges payable?

No.  All bed linen and heating costs are included.

When are the arrival and departure times?

You can arrive any time after 4pm.  Departure time is a 10.30am.

Where do I collect the keys from?

Keys are accessed by a secure key safe located at the property.  A passcode will give sent prior to your arrival.

How many people does the property sleep?

The maximum occupancy is 6.  The property is not huge and is ideally suited to 4 persons.  There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.  Additional sleeping accommodation is available in the livingroom using the sofa bed.  Please note that the livingroom has sofas seating 5 people, although there are additional seating around the dining area.

What bedding is provided?

Duvets and bed linen is provided along with two pillows per person.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, face, hand, bath towels and larger bath sheets are provided.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we welcome pets so long as you don’t allow them to lie on our furniture or beds.  You must ensure they are clean before allowing them into the carpeted living areas.  There is no extra charge for pets, but we do expect you to clean up any pet hairs before you leave.

Do you allow smoking?

We politely request that you do not smoke inside the property.

Do you have cots or high chairs?

Yes, available upon request along with a bed guard. We also have a small selection of toys in the storage cupboard.

Do you provide cleaning equipment, washing up liquid etc?

Cleaning equipment, washing up liquid, bin bags, several rolls of toilet paper, liquid soap and some other essentials such as salt and pepper are provided.
